Colonel Sebastian Doran as *I* see him, from the Eve Titus Basil of Bakerstreet and Disney Great Mouse Detecive books/film. Doran is an anthropomorphic rat spinoff of Colonel Sebastian MORAN, Professor Moriarty's Chief-of-Staff, former heavy game hunter/colonel in the Queen's Army and cardsharp. Once a cold and ruthlessly intelligent assasin, Doran has over the course of many years turned over a new leaf, started a family, and become a respectable member of British society, which has more than earned him the ire of former boss Professor Ratigan (the GMD equivalent of Moriarty). But he's a tough ole rat, he can protect the family he loves
It's been months since I drew this guy, so I did a fast doodle of him between reading Rosalind Krauss's anti-Clement Greenberg extremely dull Postmodernist prose
for Contemporary Art class.
A lot of you wonder how my art ends up the way it does, so I left in the red skeleton in marker and showed a rough outline of what would be the edges of the final figure. He's shown here in his 1st Bangalore Pioneers uniform, which he would be wearing in the Punjab in the 1870's. Mrah, men in uniform
