WARNING: RESTRAIN CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM TO THE ART ITSELF, AND HOW WELL OR POORLY I DID MAKING IT. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE COMMENTS SUCH AS "I DON'T SEE MALFOY HAVING A NOSE LIKE THAT," OR "I HATE MALFOY, WHY DO YOU DRAW HIM?" PLEASE. MERCY. MATURITY. THANK YOUUUU.

Draco hears of the use of Felix Felicis on p. 177, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, UK Edition, and amidst fear and misery, has a moment of hope. A fleeting moment, but it's there.

I think there's a lesson to be learned here.

Whereas I have drawn Draco from the FRONT, Harry concludes, by simply seeing the BACK of Draco's head, that Draco is giving Slughorn his "full and undivided attention" in a typical fit of avarice and petty underhandedness, and could not possibly have any REAL problems or moral dilemmas that he wishes the Felix could solve, because obviously Draco is a Death Eater's SON and is a Slytherin and thus must be Satan Incarnate. ...I think Harry leaps to both action and judgment a wee bit quickly. And no this website isn't about discussing the books, it's about the ART, so don't post some long dissertation defending Mr. Potter. I love him muchly. I am allowed to love BOTH Draco AND Harry.

The blood on Draco's lip is SYMBOLIC, not literal. It signifies abandonment, being alone and never good enough, desperation, pain, the whole shebang, as well as foreshadowing another dipshittery on Harry's part later in the book T__T;;;; The spell starts with an S. Yeah. :fork:

"This is my December
This is my time of the year
This is me pretending
This is all so clear
And I'd give it all away
Just to have somewhere to go to
Give it all away
To have someone to come home to"

Wow, I really respect you for having the ability to make people look terrible as well as pretty. Honestly, sometimes a little bit of grit and ugliness brings out the beauty of the picture as well. :D Just my two cents worth.
