Gift art for /Starlightblessings/Katie. Katie is the world’s awesomest *it’s a word dammit, spellcheck didn’t do the red squigglies!!!* Lina cosplayer (and really kind of in general), she is an artist, and she is a vocalist. Very sweet and accepting too. Knowing her has really been a blessing the past couple of months which have been a little rough for me in terms of social transitions on the internet. So thanks sweetie, you’ve been a champ.

This is Stary Hayden, a Gatekeeper who hops worlds involuntarily, with her newfound friend Rezo Greywers, the Red Priest, a Great Sage who has been accused of the apex of emotional manipulativeness, but who, ironically, is the only person in the current Slayers cast UNWILLING to use Stary for anything except friendship for its own sake.

This is partially inspired from an AIM rp last night. In it, Stary begins to cry confiding to Rezo that she secretly wishes she could find some way to “stick” in any given world where she forms meaningful relationships. He drops his work on curing his great-grandson Zelgadiss of the curse he himself inflicted on his kinsman in order to promise Stary he will find some way to help her soul stick, or at least summon her back to his world intact should she ever wish it. He tells her she is his friend whom he loves. They hug and blubber. Incidentally by this point Katie and I were both blubbering with feels too, LOL.
