YES I HAVE NOTICED THE TYPO. Please comment on something more important now. It was an accident and I'm too busy taking care of my mom's colonoscopy prep and procedure to change something that miniscule right now. Good heavens, folks. I can spell. Like I know your vs. you're (which half the members of dA do not) et cetera! lol argh. No offense guys but come on, a little more effort with comments here, or do NOT bother to comment at ALL.

Lyrics from "Sweet Zoe Jane," a very moving song from a father to his daughter, by, surprisingly, Stain'd.

This is the most incredible, nuanced, miraculous, tender relationship I've ever come across in a manga or anime: Sesshomaru and his adoptive ward Rin, from InuYasha. I tried to render them both in a slightly more realistic manner.

I would have loved to have ever had a Sesshomaru figure in my life. Maybe that's why these two are so wonderful to me that it's painful.

Rumiko Takahashi owns them. They're the most brilliant side note of her entire series.

Wow, that's so beautiful! The lyrics you chose make so much sense for their relationship! The way you made Rin's hair is beautiful, too. Just like a little kid should look like. :D You did a great job on this. :+fav: :aww:

Thank you for recognizing Sesshoumaru and Rin's relationship for what it is, that of a father protecting a daughter, rather than some sick, twisted pedophillic relationship.

Very nicely done picture.
Soo sweet, but i hope you don't mind me saying that you misspelled "protect" i don't mean to be rude, i just thought you'd appreciate knowing it so that you can correct it if you want. beautiful, as always dear ^__^

LOL you're welcome. I strongly feel that they are father/daughter as well. I think it's beautifully demonstrated in the series.
